Pomeroy is seeking a Field IT Technician to service client locations in the St. Louis area. You will troubleshoot and repair IT hardware in retail and office settings, manage service tickets, and maintain van inventory.

The role requires driving a company vehicle, occasional travel for installations or cabling projects, and a strong focus on safety and customer service. You will work to meet SLA objectives and document all work in the service management system.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned service zone to meet SLA and follow inventory policies.
• Troubleshoot and repair IT hardware in retail or office settings.
• Edit all aspects of web-based service tickets with status, notes, and closure detail.
• Maintain spare parts inventory in the service van and record usage.
• Travel as needed for installation or cabling projects; extensive driving required.
