Job summary

Pomeroy is seeking a field IT hardware technician to repair and service IT equipment in retail and office environments across assigned zones. You will manage parts inventory in a van, update tickets with statuses and resolutions, and ensure safety and compliance in daily operations.

The role requires extensive driving in a company vehicle and may involve travel for cabling or installation projects. Customer service excellence and strong troubleshooting skills are essential.
