Job summary

Pomeroy is seeking a full time Technician to work as a travel field technician to run service tickets as needed for our customers. Printer Technician preferred but not required to apply.

The role focuses on managing an assigned service zone, completing calls within SLA, and supporting other zones as needed in a retail/office IT environment. Strong troubleshooting skills and a clean driving record are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; technical degree preferred.
• 2+ years POS, network, or PC repair in retail/office settings.
• A+, Net+, Server+ certifications highly desired.
• Must have a clean driving record and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned service zone and meet SLA targets.
• Maintain and update service tickets in the web-based system.
• Drive company or personal vehicle; keep records and vehicle clean.
• Assist other zones as needed and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and operate field tools safely.
