Job summary

Service Pros Installation Group, INC seeks an Area Installation Specialist to recruit, onboard, and train Installers within a defined geographic area and to ensure high customer satisfaction. The role partners with Lowe’s Home Improvement to sustain strong installer relationships.

The position requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 75% to meet KPIs and market conditions. A salary and benefits package accompanies the role.

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience – HS diploma or GED; 3–5 years related experience and/or training in customer service management.
• Language Skills – read, write and communicate in English.
• Mathematical Skills – basic algebra, geometry.
• Leadership Ability – lead and motivate toward goals.
• Reasoning Ability – apply common sense in instructions.
• Computer Skills – familiarity with computer workstations and software.

Responsibilities

• Meet KPI targets established by the Company.
• Ensure superior customer satisfaction scores.
• Understand local installer market and pricing.
• Recruit, onboard and train Installers for the area.
• Negotiate installer cost structure based on market rates.
• Use data and KPIs to meet gross profit and customer metrics.
• Conduct surveys to optimize recruiting methods.
• Perform targeted store visits to support Lowe’s relationship.
• Develop installer retention and appreciation plans.
• Other duties as assigned.
