Job summary

Service Pros Installation Group, INC is seeking an Area Installation Specialist. The role leads recruitment, onboarding and training of Installers in a defined geographic area to meet customer expectations and strengthen the relationship with Lowe’s Home Improvement.

The position emphasizes using data to meet gross margins and customer metrics, driving KPIs, and managing travel up to 75% while ensuring compliance with employment at-will.

Qualifications

• Education & experience: HS diploma or GED and 3–5 years related experience; or equivalent combination.
• Language: ability to read and write in English.
• Math: basic algebra and geometric calculations.
• Leadership: ability to lead and motivate toward goals.
• Reasoning: apply common sense to instructions and problems.
• Computer Skills: basic computer and software knowledge.
• Communication: clear oral and written communication in English.
• Vision: ability to read documents and drive.
• Must be able to drive and travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Meet company KPIs and drive performance for installers in the assigned area.
• Recruit, onboard and train installers for the geographical area.
• Negotiate installer cost structures based on market rates and company model.
• Utilize data and KPIs to ensure margins and customer metrics are met.
• Conduct surveys of applicants and hiring managers to optimize recruiting.
• Visit stores and support installer/Lowe’s relationship as directed.
