Job summary

Service Pros Installation Group in Norfolk, VA seeks an Area Installation Specialist to recruit, onboard, and train Installers across the defined area, ensuring customer expectations are met and strong relationships with Lowe’s Home Improvement are maintained.

You will use performance metrics to meet KPIs, manage installer cost structures, and collaborate with workrooms to plan retention strategies. Travel up to 75% is expected, with a salaried, exempt schedule.

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience – High school diploma or GED; and three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Language Skills – Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to write letters and prepare other documents as needed. Proofreads work.
• Mathematical Skills – Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure for basic algebraic and geometric calculations
• Leadership Ability – Ability to lead situationally and motivate to organizational goals and expectations. Sharing vison and strategy in an effective and inspiring manner.
• Reasoning Ability – Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Computer Skills – Knowledge of computer workstations and peripheral equipment; knowledge of database, spreadsheet, email and word processing software.
• Communication Skills -- Be able to effectively communicate orally and in writing in English.
• Vision – Ability to view documents, multiple screens, and read handwritten documents and drive.
• Must be able to drive vehicle as well as meet company driving and insurance coverage requirements
• Road Warrior – Up to 75% travel

Responsibilities

• Recruit, Onboard, and Train Installers for an assigned geographical area.
• Meet Company established Key Performance Indicators.
• Utilize data, reporting, and key performance indicators to ensure gross profit margins and customer metrics are met.
• Develop and implement installer retention and appreciation plans.
• Other duties as assigned.
