Job summary

Service Pros Installation Group is seeking an Area Installation Specialist to lead recruitment, onboarding, and training of Installers in a defined geographic area. You will work to meet customer expectations while maintaining strong relationships with Lowe’s Home Improvement and drive metrics across installation teams.

The role emphasizes hiring, training, and ongoing performance management, with travel up to 75% to support field operations and field partners.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED with 3–5 years related experience, preferably in customer service management.
• Read and write English proficiently; ability to prepare documents and letters.
• Ability to drive and meet company driving and insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Meet Company KPIs and performance metrics.
• Recruit, onboard, and train Installers for a defined area.
• Negotiate installer cost structures based on market rates.
• Use data and KPIs to protect gross margins and customer metrics.
• Conduct surveys of applicants and Hiring Managers to improve recruiting methods.
• Visit stores to support installer relationships with Lowe’s.
• Develop installer retention and appreciation plans with workroom.
• Other duties as assigned.
