Job summary

Service Pros Installation Group is seeking a Field-based recruiting and onboarding leader to manage the full-cycle recruitment of flooring installers across a multi-state territory, supporting Lowe’s.

You will review data to improve recruiting efficiency, negotiate installer costs, and deliver onboarding and training to ensure professional representation of Service Pros and Lowe’s. The role requires travel up to 75% and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years related experience in talent acquisition, field operations, or customer service management preferred.
• Ability to lead situationally and align people to goals.
• Experience in a large multi-site or multi-state environment with competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication across installers, store managers, and leadership.
• Proficiency with database, spreadsheet, email, and word processing tools; data-informed decisions.
• Solid mathematical reasoning for cost modeling and pricing analysis.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet driving requirements.
• Travel up to 75% across a multi-state territory.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 65 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment of flooring installers across a multi-state territory.
• Review applicant and survey data to improve recruiting efficiency and quality.
• Negotiate installer cost structures aligned to local market rates.
• Maintain view of contractor marketplace incl. competitor activity and pricing trends.
• Deliver onboarding and training for new installers to support representation of Service Pros and Lowe’s.
• Provide sales training to installers on product knowledge and communication skills.
