Job summary

Service Pros Installation Group, INC. is seeking an Area Installation Specialist to recruit, onboard and train installers within a defined geography, and to manage utilization metrics to meet customer expectations and strengthen relationships with Lowe’s Home Improvement.

The role requires travel up to 75%, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to analyze data to drive gross margins and service quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3–5 years related experience, or equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions; strong written communication.
• Knowledge of database, spreadsheet, email and word processing software.
• Must be able to drive and meet company driving/insurance requirements.
• Travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and train installers for an assigned geographical area.
• Meet KPIs and maintain customer satisfaction scores.
• Understand the installer marketplace and local pricing structures.
• Develop installer retention and appreciation plans.
• Perform targeted store visits to support installer/Lowe’s relationships.
• Collaborate with the workroom to implement retention plans.
• Analyze applicant and Hiring Manager surveys to improve recruiting methods.
• Other duties as assigned.
