Aggreko plc is seeking an Inside Sales Representative based in Bridgeport, NJ. You will acquire customers for temporary temperature-control and power solutions, and develop both transactional and long-term relationships within the regional market.

You’ll manage the full sales cycle from quote to order, structure sales plans, and expand Aggreko's presence by understanding local needs and trends. A fast-paced, customer-focused environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Customer-focused and team-oriented.
• Proven ability to build trust and present confidently.
• Experience in equipment or power rental is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire customers in the assigned regional market.
• Develop both transactional and long-term customer relationships.
• Proactively contact previous, lapsed, and framework customers to uncover opportunities.
• Manage the full sales process from quote to order.
• Grow Aggreko's presence in key segments by understanding local market needs and trends.
• Use CRM system to manage pipeline, log activity, and maintain accurate data.
