Aggreko is seeking an Inside Sales Representative based in Houston, TX. You will acquire and grow customer relationships across a regional market, handling both transactional and long-term sales in temporary temperature-control and power solutions.

You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with multiple teams, managing quotes to orders, and using CRM to maintain an accurate pipeline. Your effort will drive Aggreko’s presence in key sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Experience in equipment/power rental industry is a plus.
• Customer-focused and team-oriented.
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire customers in the regional market for temporary temperature-control and power solutions.
• Develop transactional and long-term customer relationships.
• Proactively contact previous, lapsed, and framework customers to uncover opportunities.
• Manage the full sales process from quote to order.
• Structure sales plans and grow Aggreko’s presence in key segments by understanding local market needs and trends.
• Use CRM system to manage pipeline, log activity, and maintain accurate data.
