Job summary

Arbon Equipment Corporation is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to lead a regional team, translate enterprise strategies into local execution plans, and drive lead generation, quoting support, and customer excellence. You will partner with sales leaders, service teams, and IT to optimize processes and performance.

You will mentor Inside Sales Representatives and New Construction Support staff, focus on pipeline growth, and ensure timely, accurate customer support across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years in inside sales, sales operations or related roles.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership or project leadership experience.
• Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional Inside Sales and New Construction Support teams to drive productivity and service levels.
• Oversee lead generation, qualification, quoting, and sales administration processes.
• Ensure CRM data quality, process adherence, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Monitor regional performance and implement corrective actions to boost results.
