Job summary

Arbon Equipment, a Rite-Hite Company, is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to lead the regional Inside Sales and New Construction Support teams in the Yorba Linda area. You’ll translate enterprise priorities into regional plans, drive lead generation, and ensure high-quality quoting and customer support.

You will coach staff, manage workload, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve productivity, data quality, and service levels across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field; 5+ years in inside sales or related commercial functions; 2+ years of leadership or project leadership; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional Inside Sales and New Construction Support organization to translate enterprise priorities into regional execution plans.
• Coach and develop Inside Sales Representatives and New Construction Support team members to drive performance and capability.
• Manage regional lead generation and qualification activities to support pipeline growth.
• Oversee quoting, customer support, opportunity management, and sales administration processes for timely, accurate support.
• Monitor workload distribution and CRM compliance to maintain service levels and operational efficiency.
