Job summary

Arbon Equipment, a Rite-Hite Company, is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to lead regional inside sales and new construction support. You will drive lead generation, quoting, and customer support while coaching a team to exceed growth and efficiency targets.

You will collaborate with regional leaders and cross-functional teams to optimize processes, improve data integrity in the CRM, and ensure service levels are consistently achieved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, Management, or related field.
• 5+ years in inside sales, sales ops, or related commercial roles.
• 2+ years of leadership or team lead experience.
• Demonstrated ability managing multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional Inside Sales and New Construction Support organization.
• Translate enterprise priorities into regional execution plans and service levels.
• Coach and develop team members to drive performance and capability growth.
• Manage regional lead generation and qualification for pipeline growth.
• Oversee quoting, customer support, opportunity management, and sales administration processes.
• Monitor workload and service delivery to meet defined SLAs and CRM standards.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to align resources with growth opportunities.
