Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Minimum 5 years in inside sales or related roles.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Inside Sales and New Construction Support organization.
• Coach and develop regional teams to drive performance.
