Job summary

Arbon Equipment, a Rite-Hite Company, is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to lead the regional Inside Sales and New Construction Support teams. You will translate enterprise priorities into regional plans, drive pipeline growth, and ensure high-quality customer support and service level performance.

Reporting to the Director Inside Sales, you will develop staff, optimize lead management, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve workflows and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in inside sales, sales operations, business development, customer support, or related functions.
• Minimum 2 years in leadership or project leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Inside Sales and New Construction Support, translating enterprise priorities into regional plans.
• Coach and develop Inside Sales Representatives to improve performance.
• Manage regional lead generation and qualification to grow the pipeline.
