Arbon Equipment Corporation seeks a District Sales Manager to maximize district sales through effective management and training of the salesforce and by building long-term customer relationships. The role requires leading a team of sales representatives, guiding sales strategies, and ensuring achievement of sales budgets.

Formación

• A four year college degree (Business or Marketing preferred).
• Five years related sales experience; dock equipment or material handling experience is beneficial.
• Two years in a sales management capacity.
• Strong mechanical/electronic comprehension.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Meet or exceed sales goals and budgets for the district.
• Train and develop the district sales team to improve performance.
• Oversee 7–16 sales employees and manage disciplinary actions when needed.
• Provide ongoing sales guidance, coaching, and strategy development.
• Travel in the field approximately 60% of the time; lead major accounts and projects.
