Job summary

Local Infusion seeks a Regional Practice Manager to lead operations for multiple infusion centers in the Houston area. You will oversee clinical operations, intake, reimbursement support, staffing, and regulatory compliance while driving patient access and exceptional care.

Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will partner with Intake, Pharmacy, Nursing, Revenue Cycle, and Executive Leadership to navigate payer requirements, remove barriers to care, and ensure operational consistency across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field preferred.
• Three+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, ambulatory care, or infusion-related settings.
• Strong working knowledge of commercial insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, and reimbursement processes.
• Clinical background preferred.
• Independent problem-solving and decision-making with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask across multiple practices, departments, and platforms.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally, including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for multiple infusion centers, ensuring compliant patient care.
• Lead and develop regional clinical, intake, and administrative teams.
• Assess operational challenges and make timely decisions.
• Monitor regional performance metrics and drive improvements in efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and pursue process improvements.
• Oversee facility readiness, vendor relationships, staffing plans, and continuity across practices.
• Serve as regional expert for patient access, reimbursement, and insurance processes.
• Guide Intake teams on payer requirements, prior authorizations, denials, and appeals.
• Collaborate with Intake, Nursing, Pharmacy, and Revenue Cycle to resolve reimbursement issues.
• Travel regionally to provide onsite leadership and training.
