Job summary

OI Infusion Services LLC is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead 10–12 ambulatory infusion centers within a defined New England region. You will drive clinical, operational, and financial performance while ensuring regulatory compliance and patient satisfaction.

The role is hybrid (on-site 4 days/week) with up to 80% travel, and requires hiring and developing 25+ site staff, implementing process improvements, and partnering with Sales to grow the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of healthcare operations experience, preferably infusion/ambulatory.
• Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills, with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of 10–15 ambulatory infusion centers within region.
• Hire, onboard, and manage 25+ site staff across clinical and administrative roles.
• Ensure HIPAA/OSHA compliance and maintain high patient satisfaction across sites.
• Drive data-driven improvements to meet KPIs and operational goals.
• Collaborate with Sales and Growth teams to expand services within region.
