Job summary

Local Infusion is seeking a Regional Practice Manager (RPM) to lead operations across multiple infusion centers in the Raleigh/Cary region. You will oversee clinical operations, intake, reimbursement support, staffing, and regulatory compliance while working closely with executive leadership to optimize payer requirements and patient access.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in healthcare operations leadership, strong payer policy knowledge, and the ability to travel regionally to ensure

Qualifications

• Three or more years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, prior authorizations, reimbursement processes.
• Willingness to travel throughout the region.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for multiple infusion centers, ensuring consistent execution of standards and patient care.
• Lead, mentor, coach, and develop high-performing teams across clinical, intake, and admin areas.
• Independently assess operational challenges and make timely decisions to support patient care and compliance.
• Monitor regional performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Oversee facility readiness, vendor relationships, staffing plans and operational continuity across practices.
• Travel throughout the assigned region to provide onsite leadership and training.
