Job summary

LUX Infusion is seeking a Regional Director, AIC Operations to provide strategic leadership across multiple ambulatory infusion centers in the United States. You will drive operational performance, profitability, and workforce excellence while ensuring regulatory compliance and patient-centered care.

This role combines remote management with on-site leadership, guiding expansion readiness, and collaboration with clinical, finance, and revenue teams to optimize throughput and margins.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent operational leadership experience in healthcare.
• Experience leading distributed or hybrid teams in multi-site settings.
• Strong analytical, financial, and operational problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel routinely to infusion branch locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple infusion center locations within a region.
• Drive performance, profitability, and margin improvement across a multi-site network.
• Oversee budgeting, labor utilization, and expense controls.
• Lead staffing, onboarding, succession planning, and talent development.
• Develop standardized workflows and collaborate with clinical, finance, and ops teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards across locations.
• Partner with site leaders to set measurable goals and drive growth.
