Job summary

Staffmark seeks a Regional Sales Manager in Atlanta, GA to drive profitable sales growth within an assigned U.S. territory through new business development, distributor engagement, and strategic account management.

The role requires coaching distributors, closing opportunities with OEMs and EPCs, delivering quotations, and maintaining CRM records while traveling up to 75%. Salary range is $100K–$120K with DOE commission.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of direct or distributor sales in industrial technical products.
• Experience with distributors, channel partners, OEMs, EPC firms, or end users.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to understand technical applications and explain concepts to varied audiences.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft 365.
• Willingness to travel 50–75%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned with revenue and profitability.
• Achieve or exceed sales goals and support gross margins.
• Identify, qualify, develop, and close new business opportunities in targeted markets.
• Provide quotations and coordinate pricing approvals.
• Represent company at trade shows and industry events.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasts.
