Transmotion LLC, a Value Added Company, is seeking a full-time Industrial Sales Rep to join our team in NW Wisconsin/NE Minnesota. You will travel regionally, meet customers, and drive new business by presenting solutions, negotiating pricing, and closing deals.

You will collaborate with engineering, purchasing, and operations, maintain strong relationships, and leverage ERP systems and Microsoft 365 tools. This role emphasizes meeting sales targets in a team-driven environment.

Formación

• Proven sales experience, preferably in industrial or new market development.
• Valid driver's license with clean record and ability to travel regionally.
• Strong business acumen to understand market dynamics and customer needs.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills; able to present proposals.
• Willingness to mentor teammates and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Meet new and current customers in person; build a robust lead list.
• Present pricing and solutions; close deals and maintain relationships.
• Travel to customer locations; coordinate with engineering, purchasing, and operations.
