Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5–10 years of high-level sales management experience, including direct oversight of sales representatives.
• B2B sales experience in Industrial/Environmental Services, Petrochemical, Pulp & Paper, Manufacturing, or Power Generation.
• Proven track record of value-based selling.
• Experience building sales teams, new products/services, and markets.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/sales databases.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes an annual business plan, drives regional revenue growth, and manages strategic accounts.
• Directs, trains, and supports regional sales representatives, ensuring effective performance and achieving KPIs.
• Collaborates with operations to expand market share, identifies opportunities, and delivers compelling sales presentations.
• Ensures accurate CRM documentation, provides monthly sales reports, and develops sales resources to enhance team effectiveness.
