Job summary

MasterMover Inc., based in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, manage diverse customer relationships, and expand market share across the designated region. You will lead pipeline development, coordinate with marketing, service, and technical teams, conduct product demonstrations, and negotiate deals while reporting performance and market trends.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the industrial equipment market.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel within the assigned region when required.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and achieving sales targets in the assigned region.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Analyze market trends, develop strategic plans, and execute sales strategies to maximize market share.
• Conduct product demonstrations, prepare proposals, and lead negotiations with customers.
• Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and technical staff, to provide seamless solutions for customers.
• Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
