FCX Performance, a leading provider of valves, instrumentation, pumps, and related industrial products, seeks a proven Sales Director to lead and grow our Solares Controls region. You will shape sales strategy, manage budgets, and drive joint calls with the team to achieve aggressive targets.

You will oversee sales processes from prospecting to close, mentor the team in product positioning, and develop plans that align with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven track record of success in technical sales.
• Experience managing sales teams and driving performance.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate existing markets and explore new opportunities in the industrial sector.
• Lead and motivate the industrial sales team to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
