FCX Performance, an Applied Industrial Technologies company, seeks a proven Director/Sales Leader to build and oversee a regional sales operation, including multi-location oversight and growth in the industrial sector. The role centers on strategy, team leadership, and end-to-end sales management, with a focus on budgets and plans to drive targets.

You will conduct joint calls with the sales team, train staff, and ensure product and market knowledge is current to position our solutions

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, in Industrial Distribution, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in technical sales within industrial products.
• Proven leadership abilities with experience managing sales teams and driving performance.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Manage and exceed P & L goals from sales, profit margins, territory development and customer development.
• Use your knowledge of the industrial marketplace, sales, and operations to lead multiple districts strategically and tactically.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate existing markets and explore new opportunities within the industrial sector.
• Lead and motivate the industrial sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
• Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness at every stage.
• Collaborate with senior management to create annual sales budgets and monitor performance against targets.
• Develop comprehensive sales plans aligned with company objectives, incorporating market analysis, competitor insights, and customer needs.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key customers and partners, providing exceptional service and support to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our product portfolio and industry trends to position our solutions effectively.
• Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and customer engagement abilities.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to the sales team with action plans for growth.
• Manage local managers at multiple locations to ensure operational efficiency for Inside sales, Warehouse and Pipe Fabrication
