Equilibar, Fletcher, NC (Richards Industrials family), seeks a Sales Director to lead the worldwide commercial organization, including Applications Engineering and Customer Service, to deliver sustainable order growth and outstanding customer experiences.

You will partner with Product Management, Engineering, Operations and Finance to expand market opportunities, manage key accounts, and build a world-class team, with travel up to 50% and hybrid work out of Fletcher.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in engineering, business, or related field.
• Proven experience in commercial leadership and growth initiatives.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead Equilibar's commercial organization to achieve sustainable growth.
• Develop and execute sales strategies, drive market penetration.
• Manage customer engagements and key accounts, including OEMs and EPCs.
