Job summary

Nippon Sanso MATHESON is seeking a seasoned leader to drive package gas and hard-goods sales, local cylinder production, and distribution across the region. The role demands building a high-performing team and ensuring profitable growth while maintaining safety and compliance.

You will lead customer-facing activities, coach managers, and collaborate with Marketing, SHE, Supply Chain, and Operations to optimize operations and cost structures.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in Industrial Gas/Distribution business or 5-7 years sales experience in the chemical sector.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of package gas sales, hard-goods sales, local cylinder production and distribution, and regional back office operations.
• Develop and manage the team to operate the business safely and profitably with growth in sales and margin.
• Lead customer facing activities to grow profitable sales across the regional business.
• Select, develop and coach key managers as part of the Zone Management team and identify top performers.
• Coordinate with Marketing, SHE, Supply Chain and Operations for safe, efficient, and profitable operations.
