Nippon Sanso Matheson is seeking a senior leader to oversee package gas sales, hard-goods sales, local cylinder production, and distribution across the region. You will lead a team to operate safely and profitably, with a focus on expanding market share and driving sustainable growth.

The role requires extensive experience in Industrial Gas, P&L management, and the ability to coach managers while collaborating with Marketing, SHE, Supply Chain and Operations.

Formación

• MBA or chemical engineering degree or equivalent leadership experience in industrial gas.
• 3+ years in Sales and Operations Management with P&L responsibility.
• 10+ years direct management in Industrial Gas/Distribution preferred.
• Sales and Management training, product knowledge, coaching and managing large organizations required

Responsabilidades

• Lead the team to operate the business safely and profitably, targeting zero accidents and above-market growth.
• Grow profitable sales across the regional business by leading customer-facing activities.
• Select, develop and coach key managers as part of the Zone Management team.
• Coordinate with Marketing, SHE, Supply Chain and Operations for safe and profitable operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned and ensure compliance with all policies and standards
