Job summary

Nippon Sanso Matheson, Inc. seeks a high-impact senior leader to oversee package gas and hard-goods sales, production and distribution across the region.

You will drive safe, profitable growth while managing a large, diverse team and coordinating with Marketing, SHE and Supply Chain to optimize operations. Required are a chemical engineering background or MBA with extensive P&L experience and a track record of leading multi-function teams in industrial gas distribution.

Qualifications

• Three years or more of Sales and Operations Management with P&L responsibility for a business/unit.
• Ten years or more direct management experience in Industrial Gas/Distribution.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with proven ability to grow sales and manage large teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Zone Management team to grow profitable regional sales and share.
• Develop and coach key managers for future leadership roles.
• Collaborate with Marketing, SHE, Supply Chain and Operations for safe, efficient operations.
