Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced analytical, coaching, direct people leadership, communication and presentation skills.
• Immunology sales leadership preferred but not required.
• Driving a personal auto or company car or truck, or a powered piece of material handling equipment.
• Applicable pay disclosure language may apply per location and law.

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional team of Immunology Account Executives (IAEs) and coordinate with field sales organizations.
• Provide coaching and planning guidance during field travels and account planning discussions.
• Drive regional execution of business planning and Key Account planning processes.
• Interact with prioritized accounts to build relationships with key customers and influencers.
• Monitor performance and use CURO and other tools to inform strategy and execution.
