Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a field-based Immunology Account Executive to lead a regional team across multiple states, including TX, OK, KS, AR, MO, TN, LA, MS, AL, KY. The role focuses on identifying regional opportunities, engaging priority accounts and delivering product performance.

You will coach direct reports, align with franchise leadership, analyze sales data using CURO, and execute regional plans. A Bachelor’s degree and strong leadership, analytical and regulatory skills are required;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong analytical, coaching and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of regulations affecting business.
• Experience in large accounts and KAM teams preferred.
• Immunology sales leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coach regional team of Immunology Account Executives.
• Lead regional account planning and stakeholder engagement.
• Drive analysis of sales data and CURO analytics.
• Collaborate with IFT partners and franchise leadership.
• Execute regional pull-through plans and regional execution.
