Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a field-based Immunology Account Executive leader to oversee a regional team across multiple states, including Texas, with preference for proximity to HQ access. The role focuses on assessing regional opportunities and engaging priority accounts through direct reports and collaboration with in-field teams.

You will overlay Immunology field sales operations, coach teams, and drive regional execution using CURO analytics.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Advanced analytical and coaching abilities.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting business.
Experience with large accounts and cross‑functional KAM teams preferred.
Immunology sales leadership experience preferred but not required.
Valid driver's license and ability to pass safety screening.

Responsibilities

Develop and coach direct reports with field-travel guidance and planning.
Lead KAM and internal business partnership communication to ensure coordinated execution of AbbVie Immunology priorities.
Advance development planning with direct reports and engage IFT partners to elevate inclusion and culture goals.
Integrate regional marketing strategies into execution and address key account opportunities.
Analyze sales data with CURO to inform regional planning and execution of sales objectives.
Coordinate regional pull-through execution with franchise leadership and account teams.
Engage prioritized accounts to build relationships with key customers.
