Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a field-based regional Immunology Account Executive to lead a multi-state team and drive performance across a defined territory. The role focuses on coaching direct reports, developing talent, and executing regional strategies to maximize product performance with key accounts and health systems.

Located in or near major airline access within the regional footprint. Preference is given to candidates residing in the region, with travel to HQ cities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced analytical, coaching, direct people leadership, communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting business.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and execute effective skill development plans for direct reports.
• Lead KAM and internal business partnership communication and collaboration to insure highly effective, coordinated execution of AbbVie Immunology and IAE core priorities.
• Develop, monitor and advance development planning process with direct reports.
• Clarify and integrate marketing strategies into regional execution, including sales training needs, during in-field and National/Regional meetings.
• Understand, execute and coach to appropriate use of approved promotional materials with health economic messaging.
• Lead analysis and application of sales data in coordination direct reports and CURO tools to inform business understanding and planning.
• Engage prioritized accounts directly to establish relationships with key customers.
