Job summary

Pearce Services is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to service and repair commercial HVAC package units on Cell Tower Sites in the Denver, Colorado area. The role requires travel and a self-directed, motivated attitude, with opportunities to grow in the Telecom industry.

Applicants should reside in the Denver metro area, have EPA Level 2 or Universal certification, and 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience. Strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified.
• 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience (commercial preferred).
• Basic knowledge of refrigeration, electronics and electrical components.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial package cooling systems on Cell Tower sites, diagnose, repair, or replace components.
• Perform regular performance checks and maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Respond to service calls, including after-hours and weekend calls when needed.
• Complete daily work reports accurately and on time.
• Operate a company vehicle safely per Pearce policy.
• Duties may evolve with client needs.
