Job summary

Pearce Services seeks Experienced HVAC Technicians to service and repair commercial HVAC package units on Cell Tower Sites. This regional role is ideal for self-motivated individuals willing to travel and join a growing telecom-focused team in Denver, Colorado.

Candidates should reside in the Denver area, with 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience and EPA Level 2/Universal certification. Travel, after-hours calls, and occasional overnights are expected, with per diem and full benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 2 or Universal EPA Certification (Required).
• 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience (commercial preferred).
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems.
• Must communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial package cooling systems on Cell Tower sites, diagnose, repair, or replace components.
• Perform regular maintenance checks on HVAC equipment and systems.
• Handle upgrades or maintenance of out-of-season equipment.
• Respond to service calls, including after-hours emergencies.
• Complete daily work reports accurately and on time.
• Operate company vehicle safely and according to policy.
