Job summary

Pearce is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to service and repair commercial HVAC package units on Cell Tower Sites in the Denver, Colorado area. This is a regional role requiring travel, self-direction, and a drive to grow in the telecom industry.

The position emphasizes responsible, motivated individuals with 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience, EPA certification, and strong communication skills for both on-site and email correspondence.

Qualifications

• Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified.
• 3+ years of experience with HVAC maintenance (commercial preferred).
• Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and by email.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining commercial package cooling systems on Cell Tower sites – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems.
• Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment.
• Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call outs.
• Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports.
• Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per the Pearce Employee Handbook and insurance requirements.
