Job summary

Pearce Services seeks Experienced HVAC Technicians to service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on Cell Tower sites. This is a regional role requiring travel, and candidates should reside in the Grand Junction, Colorado area.

You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair cooling systems, conduct maintenance, respond to service calls, and prepare daily reports while driving a company vehicle in a safe, compliant manner.

Qualifications

• Must hold EPA Level 2 or Universal certification.
• At least 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience (commercial preferred).
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems.
• Must communicate effectively verbally and by email.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cooling systems – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems.
• Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment.
• Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call out services.
• Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports.
• Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per PEARCE policies.
