Job summary

Pearce is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to join our team for servicing and repairing commercial HVAC package units on Cell Tower Sites. This is a regional position with significant travel and requires reside in the Denver, Colorado area.

You should be responsible, self-directed, highly motivated, and eager to learn in the Telecom industry. Core requirements include EPA Level 2 or Universal certification and 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• Must have EPA Level 2 or Universal Certification.
• 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience (commercial preferred).
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining commercial package cooling systems on Cell Tower sites – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems.
• Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment.
• Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call out services.
• Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports.
• Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per the Pearce Employee Handbook and insurance requirements.
