Job summary

Pearce Services seeks Experienced HVAC Technicians to service and repair commercial HVAC package units on Cell Tower sites. This regional role requires travel, with Denver, Colorado as a primary residence area. Candidates should be self-directed, motivated, and capable of handling after-hours calls.

Responsibilities include diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing systems; documenting work; and safely operating a company vehicle. EPA Level 2 certification and 3+ years’ experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified (Required).
• 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience (commercial preferred).
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems is preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and by email.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial package cooling systems on Cell Tower sites – diagnose, repair, or install components.
• Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Perform maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment.
• Respond to service calls promptly, including emergency calls.
• Complete daily work reports accurately and on time.
• Safely operate and maintain a company vehicle per policy and insurance requirements.
