Job summary

Pearce is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to join our team for servicing and repairing commercial HVAC package units on Cell Tower Sites. This is a regional position, and candidates should reside in the Denver, Colorado area. After-hours travel is required occasionally, with extensive daily travel in an independent work structure.

Qualifications

• Must have EPA Certification Level 2 or Universal.
• 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience (commercial preferred).
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems.
• Able to communicate effectively verbally and by email.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining commercial package cooling systems on Cell Tower sites – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems.
• Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment.
• Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call out services.
• Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports.
• Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per Pearce policies.
