Job summary

Pearce is seeking an Experienced HVAC Technician to service and repair commercial HVAC package units on cell-tower sites in the Denver area. This fast-paced role requires responsibility, self-direction, and travel readiness, with occasional overnight stays and weekend call-outs.

Candidates should reside in the Denver, Colorado area. Core duties include diagnosing, repairing, performing maintenance, and documenting daily reports.

Qualifications

• Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified (Required).
• 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience (commercial preferred).
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial package cooling systems on cell-tower sites - diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, or install and replace components of entire systems.
• Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Perform additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment.
• Respond to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call-outs.
• Submit timely and accurate daily work reports.
• Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance requirements.
