Job summary

Pearce Services in Denver, CO is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to service and repair commercial HVAC package units on Cell Tower sites. This is a regional position with extensive travel and requires self-direction, motivation, and a willingness to learn in the telecom sector.

Candidates must have EPA Level 2 certification, 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience, and strong communication skills by phone and email.

Qualifications

• Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified (Required).
• 3+ years of experience with HVAC maintenance (commercial preferred).
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems is preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and by email.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining commercial package cooling systems on Cell Tower sites – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems.
• Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment.
• Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call out services.
• Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports.
