Job summary

Pearce Services is looking for Experienced HVAC Technicians to maintain and repair commercial HVAC package units on Cell Tower sites in the Denver area. The position requires EPA certification and 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience. Applicants should have knowledge of mechanical and electrical components and must be able to work independently, comply with safety standards, and be available for after-hours calls. The compensation package includes an hourly rate of $30.00–$40.00 and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with HVAC maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of refrigeration systems is a plus.
• Ability to comply with OSHAFCC/FAA/EPA Standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial package cooling systems on Cell Tower sites.
• Conduct performance checks and maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely.
