Job summary

Siemens Mobility in Cypress, CA seeks an experienced Mechanical Services Account Executive to grow market share by delivering smart mechanical services. You will develop end-user relationships, forecast orders, and win opportunities within established guidelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
7+ years in technical sales, business development, or consulting within the Mechanical (HVAC) Service industry or 10+ years in Service Field/Operations in the same sector.
Ability to demonstrate financial expertise—estimating and selling technical service agreements and retrofit projects effectively and independently.
Willingness to travel 10% overnight for training and business development.

Responsibilities

Meet new order/booking and profit quotas.
Develop and maintain a qualified funnel of opportunities with forecasting and deliver forecasted results.
Identify new business opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies to drive growth.
Collaborate with operations, finance, and other teams to secure sales.
