Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Mechanical Service Account Executive to expand market share in the Scarborough, ME area by delivering smart mechanical services that lower operating costs and improve uptime. You will manage end-user relationships, pursue opportunities, and independently win deals within our guidelines.

You will spend half your time meeting clients on site, forecasting orders, and collaborating with internal teams to craft cost-effective service packages, while traveling about 10% for growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or related technical field.
• 10 years HVAC service/sales experience considered with HS diploma.
• Travel readiness including 10% overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Achieve new orders/booking and profit goals based on assigned quota.
• Develop and maintain a qualified funnel of opportunities and forecast intake.
• Understand market, competitors, customers, and influencers across the region.
• Grow accounts and identify opportunities for new markets and GTM strategies.
• Consult with customers to align services with business goals and ROI.
• Attend industry events and participate in professional organizations to build network.
• Collaborate with operations and sales support to optimize outcomes.
• Spend ~50% of time on customer-facing activities in person.
• Travel ~10% overnight for training and business development.
