Nextech, a leading HVAC/R service provider with nationwide coverage, is seeking a Regional Service Manager in the Denver, CO area. You will lead the operations team, manage technicians and administrative staff, and drive performance against company metrics.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of field HVAC experience, proven management ability, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while controlling costs and optimizing dispatch and scheduling processes.

Qualifications

• 5 years of field HVAC experience or equivalent business experience.
• HVAC management experience.
• Technical knowledge to support technicians and customers.
• High urgency to resolve problems.
• Strong computer skills and ability to use office software.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Proven track record in prior role and accountability for results.
• Personality aligned with drive for success and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and development of administration team.
• Delivery of company goals and metrics.
• Provide customer satisfaction and high-quality service.
• Dispatcher onboarding and training.
• Annual reviews with Operations Manager approvals.
• Review company reports and share insights with team.
• Communicate needs to field teams and leadership.
• Handle callbacks escalation and issue resolution.
• Promote the company’s image and reputation.
• Manage customer relationships for assigned area.
• Maintain weekly activity schedules and calls planning.
• Ensure efficient scheduling and SLA achievement.
• Oversee dispatchers and ensure processes are followed.
• Bottom-line accountability for divisions and costs.
• Support ASM and technician development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
