Nextech is seeking an Area Service Manager in the Denver area to lead a team of HVAC technicians. You will recruit, supervise, and develop staff, forecast needs, and ensure productivity and quality across service operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years as an HVAC Service Technician; management experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop technicians.
• Strong technical knowledge to advise and support field teams.

Responsabilités

• Recruiting and hiring of Technicians.
• Supervise and develop technician workforce.
• Forecast staffing needs and hire accordingly.
• Ensure productivity meets goals and quality standards.
• Maintain local customer relationships with RSM and Account Managers.
• Lead service meetings and safety discussions.
