Nextech in Lenexa, KS is seeking a Regional Service Manager to oversee technicians and administrative staff, driving performance and customer satisfaction across the region. You will communicate effectively with field teams, Operations Manager, and VP-level leadership to meet company goals.

Ideal candidates have HVAC leadership experience, strong computer skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while delivering high levels of service and maintaining

Qualifications

• 5 years of field HVAC experience or equivalent business experience.
• HVAC Management Experience.
• Technical knowledge to support technicians and customers.
• Strong urgency to resolve problems.
• High level of computer skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and development of administration team.
• Delivery of all company goals and metrics.
• Provide customer satisfaction.
• Dispatcher on-boarding.
• Annual reviews with Operations Manager approvals.
• Review company reports and share with team.
• Communicate needs to field teams (Dispatchers, ASM's, Operations Manager, and VP's).
• Escalation point for callbacks.
• Promote company's image and reputation.
• Manage customer relationships for assigned area.
• Maintain and communicate weekly activity schedule.
• Ensure efficient scheduling of all calls.
• Meet or exceed SLA requirements.
• Manage dispatchers and ensure procedures are followed.
